Project Oversight

Renovations can easily go sideways when no one is minding the project wholistically — the budget, the schedule, the subcontractors, hundreds of small decisions that add up to a result you either love or tolerate. I make sure that doesn't happen.

Project managers assigned by your design build firm, general contractor, architect or interior designer inherently represent that entity. You are beholden to their schedules, their relationships, their pricing.

An owner’s representative works for the home owner, on behalf of the home owner and advocates for the home owner based on a confirmed scope and vision.

How I help:

  • Manage the moving parts so you don’t have to

  • Keep the project moving forward

  • Ensure transparency on critical decisions

  • Sanity-check change orders

  • Monitor budget and pricing

  • Minimize risk

  • Streamline communication

  • Translate technical-speak as needed

My goal is to help you not get overwhelmed and that you are comfortable with project progress, and are ultimately thrilled with the final results.

I can support your project at any juncture: from the outset as you’re considering overall approach, once you’ve locked in your general contractor, or mid-stream when you need another pair of hands to juggle all the details or help project direction.
